7 Apps to Keep Your Life Organized

With so many activities on the go – work, school, errands, family, friends, etc. – it can be hard to stay organized. Now that you have settled into your LIV Apartment, it’s time to focus on a few other aspects of your life! To help you stay organized and potentially save some money, we have put together a list of apps that can be beneficial in organizing your finances, coupons, and more.

Key Ring

If you’re always losing your loyalty cards, this may be the app for you. Key Ring stores all of your loyalty cards on your phone, so instead of digging through your wallet, the store can scan the bar code on your phone.

Mint

Mint allows you to see all of your financial accounts in one spot, set budgets, and more. Mint is different from an online banking app as it is visual only, nobody (not even you) can transfer money between accounts on the app.

GasBuddy

Save a few cents each trip to the gas station by using GasBuddy. GasBuddy lists all the gas prices in the area and lets you know the cheapest rate.

Flipp

Enter your postal code and Flipp will provide all of the store flyers in your area. You can also search through the entire app to price match or find a specific item, and create your shopping list right in the app.

Checkout 51

Checkout 51 is a coupon app that provides offers for different products, separate from grocery store sales – similar to a cash back feature on a credit card. You select the coupons you would like, purchase the item in the store, and upload a photo of your receipt. When you have reached $20 in savings in the app, they’ll send you a cheque for your savings.

BigOven

Have trouble coming up with recipes? BigOven has thousands of recipes for you to sort through. You can get recipe ideas, create your grocery list and plan your meals for the week. You can also enter the items in your fridge and the app will suggest different recipes for you.

BuildingLink

BuildingLink is an application for LIV residents that is used to communicate events, LIV Local Partner discounts and more. You can learn more about BuildingLink and how to access it by speaking to one of the on-site Customer Care Coordinators.
