Overnight Oats
Prepare oats in a mason jar and leave them in the fridge overnight to wake-up to an already-made and ready-to-go breakfast. Top your oats to your liking; one of the best combinations includes banana slices, roasted almonds and maple syrup. Use oat, almond or coconut milk to make it vegan.

Apple Cinnamon Almond-Butter Toast
One of the tastiest breakfast meals that is quick, easy and delicious is toast, topped with almond butter, thinly sliced apples, cinnamon and drizzled honey for a sweeter taste! This combination is heavenly but it’s also very healthy. Sub honey for agave syrup to make it vegan.

Yogurt Parfait
Choose your favourite type of yogurt and top it with fruits, nuts and granola of your choice. It doesn’t get easier than that. An all time favourite combination is blueberries, raspberries and granola topped with drizzled honey. Avocado Toast
Smashed avocado on toast is a simple and healthy breakfast option. Top it with an egg, arugula and salt and pepper, and you got yourself a delicious meal. This breakfast contains healthy fats, carbs, fibre and protein all in one. Sub the egg for tomato slices to make it vegan.

Chia Seed Pudding
