Multipurpose Storage Hacks for Your LIV Apartment

No matter what, we always seem to run out of space to keep our stuff. Luckily, your LIV Apartment is spacious, allowing ample room for storage. However, if you find that you have run out of room for all of our belongings, we have come up with a few in-apartment items that can help you save space.

Bookshelves don’t have to only store books; they’re great for knickknacks and frames. You can even place baskets or small bins on the shelves to house other items and keep them out of sight.

A lot of ottomans come with a compartment inside, and they’re great for storing throw blankets and decorative pillows! They are easy to access, but stay out of the way and hidden when not in use.

Under the Bed

Bins that slide under the bed are perfect for storing clothes, Christmas décor, craft supplies, sporting equipment, or any other items that you don’t necessarily need to access on a regular basis.

Coffee Table

A coffee table that has drawers or compartments is another great way to store items. You can place books, charging cables, remotes, or other devices that you would use inside the compartments. This helps to keeps your space clean and clutter free.

Suitcases take up a lot of space, but they’re also great for storing other items. You can place smaller luggage within the larger pieces to save space within your storage area. You can also use them to store items or clothing that you won’t be using, especially if you don’t travel much and won’t need to remove the items on a regular basis.

Stacking is a great way to save floor or cupboard space. Bowls, plates, pots and pans, and plastic containers are so easy to stack and free up more space in your cupboards and drawers! You can also stack storage bins and keep them in a closet to free up floor space.

Overhead Space

Taking advantage of higher space is a great way to keep things off the floor. If you have a storage closet, install overhead racks or shelves to store luggage, bikes and other sporting equipment. Don’t forget that we also provide bicycle storage downstairs! Ask your Customer Care Coordinator for more details.
